"How can I write and submit a product review?"

After you buy an item, it would be great if you could let other chinawholesale365.com users know what you thought about it. At the bottom of each individual product page, fill in the form under (Write a review for?). You do not need to include your email or real name.

Please do not ask product specification questions in reviews. We will not see it quickly and we not be able to answer you in time. Please open a support ticket instead.

"After I write a product review, can I change it?"

No, but you can send an email requesting us to delete a comment. Reference the web address of the page with the comment.

"A product has no reviews " " what does that mean?"

It means no one has left a review yet- but there are probably still people buying it. Please leave more reviews because they can even help you out when you come back and browse the site later.
