I bought your spy camera,but I got problem of the operation:

"I try many times according the user manual,it can not be power on at all"

Customer ask this question thousand times,please check if the battery was used out,all spy camera are biult in with lithium battery,it always not full charged from factory,maybe the battery is low,you need charge it first.

2,please double the USB was connect correct with PC's USB port,some time the connect was the lax,the PC can not recognise,please also check USB port is works or not.
